The Renew Blend is True Tea’s exploration in developing a potent, yet delicious, medicinal herbal tea intended to rejuvenate and nourish its drinkers. This tea fits in to both the chamomile sleepy time + mint tea space, but varies in composition. Rather than using traditional peppermint, we decided to go with Spearmint which has a yummy natural creamy sweetness paired with the Ashwagandha. We describe the flavor of this tea being most like a complex traditional Moroccan Mint, but does not contain any caffeine.

Ingredients: Spearmint, orange peel, ashwagandha, burdock root, astralagus root
