Sencha

This sencha has all the usual suspects–an oceanic minerality and a textured mouthfeel–yet remains clean and easy to drink. That’s a testament to its quality and its organic production outside of Uji, Japan. We love it hot when brewed with short steeps, and adore it even more when it’s iced, especially with a touch of lemon and simple syrup. Crisp and refreshing, featuring apple and aromatic citrus notes, it’s one of our very favorites.
