Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship to the continental U.S. and Canada. Delivery estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at orders@trueteapdx.com with your order number so we can look into it.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
