Dong Ding Oolong is a high mountain tea out of Taiwan, an origin of Oolong Tea. The tea leaves are hand picked, oxidized through a delicate hand rolling process, and then lightly roasted over heat. This is a classic form of tea from this region and is famous for its light floral components matched with rich caramel flavors.
