The Barista Matcha is sourced from Wazuka, Kyoto; a neighboring city to Uji, Japan and another famous tea growing region specializing in producing exceptional matcha. This matcha is a blend and harvested June 25th, 2024 (second harvest). This matcha is processed with a long steaming technique resulting in an ideal balance of bitterness and roasted aroma, making it perfect for matcha lattes.
